As Director of Laboratory and Health Facilities, Norm directs all research and clinical projects at MDS. He has more than 30 years of experience managing renovations and designing new facilities for academic, research and health care institutions, and corporations. He is valued for his rigorous design and technical standards and highly organized approach to managing interdisciplinary teams. Creating high quality environments that advance research and health care practices and meet budgetary and other project objectives is the hallmark of his approach. Norm received his Bachelor of Architecture from the University of Miami and an Associate in Engineering from Wentworth Institute of Technology.
