Violette Inorganic Chemistry Laboratory

Our renovation of two inorganic chemistry labs for University of Massachusetts Dartmouth provides new research space for the Manke and Cappillino Labs. The project involves the renovation and fit-out of approximately 1,500 sq. ft. on the second floor of the Violette Building, which was undergoing an upgrade of its fire protection system at the same time of our renovation. Equipment intensive labs, most of the research conducted in these labs involve use of flammable, pyrophoric and toxic materials, and is done on the fume hoods and glove box. Design and finishes follow UMD Lab standards.
