Tiered Classroom

Tiered Classroom

The Photonics Center Classroom Improvements involved the renovation of seven classrooms on the second floor of Boston University’s (BU) Photonics Center. The classrooms include a lecture hall and a mix of flat floor and tiered classrooms, encompassing 9,200 sf. Upgrades to furniture, finishes, A/V equipment and acoustics elevate the quality of space and synergize with teaching spaces across BU’s three campuses. The project was directed by the Office of the University Registrar and opened for the 2019 fall semester.
