The new Theatre Building at Three Rivers Community College will provide a 300 seat auditorium for performances and lectures. The 20,000 sf addition to the main campus building creates a welcoming presence at the campus entrance, reflecting the College's desire to enrich the student experience through exposure to the arts. Designed to meet the multi-functional needs of the College, the Theatre will support small lectures for approximately 100 students in the forward most section of seating. The building is designed to meet the State of Connecticut's High Performance Building guidelines and is targeting LEED Silver certification.
