PRINCIPAL
James Loftus specializes in broad range of academic, student life, and campus development projects. Drawing on nearly three decades of experience, James runs an organized and systematic process, merging project goals with technical requirements. He has been instrumental in leading many of the firm’s largest projects through all stages of the design, documentation and construction administration process. He provides quality assurance and quality control and cultivates high professional standards within the firm. James is a member of the Society for College and University Planning (SCUP). He received his Bachelor of Architecture from Kansas State University.
