Recognized for his technical expertise, Will Spears directs many of the firm’s most challenging projects, providing great depth of experience in managing the design, documentation and construction oversight process. He is a founding partner of MDS and is responsible for firm-wide quality control and staff mentoring programs. Will received his Master of Architecture and Bachelor of Science from Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
